Refunds on products purchased at the clinic can only be given if they are returned within 10 days of purchase. Any returned items must not have been opened and be in the still-sealed, undamaged original packaging.

Refunds on courses of aesthetic treatments provided at the clinic will only be considered if requested in writing to management within 12 months of date of course purchase.
